My final project for my MA, entitled "A means to an end", looked at the relationships between different forms of environmental graphics (from billboards to graffiti) with a view to improving pedestrian wayfinding systems. It began with a typology of graphics found on my way from South East London to the Heathrow airport created to audit what is currently there. From this and all other research I did on wayfinding, as outlined in an illustrated report and visual summary, the output for the project culminated in a conceptualised map of London, visuals of a complimentary wayfinding system, and mock ups of publicity posters. >Back to Work Samples
