Simply at Home Cookbook

As an experienced local chef, Partick Burke wanted to create a cookbook of some of his favorite, yet simple, recipies. The book was divided into sections on starters, fish, meat, and desserts, with each recipie having a step by step guide illustrated with a photgraphs. As well as these instructions, Patrick included his own personal tips with each recipie on where to source ingredients and how to add your own twist.
